Your Business’s BIGGEST Risk

If somebody were to ask you where profits come from, what do you think you would say? Would you argue that profits come from advertising, the customer or perhaps the marketer? I think that all of these factors definitely play into the overall success of your campaigns, but the fact is without actually taking risk you will never see more profits than you’re seeing now.

Even when it comes to solving problems in your business, you’re not actually building onto anything. If you have some issues in your business and you spend money to fix them, the most you can get to is back to your status quo. Sure, you can make as much money as you were before by fixing new issues that have risen, but if you’re playing it safe you will never succeed at selling beats or anything else.

I’ve spent more money in places I wish I hadn’t than I’d like to say. But I think in general I’ve seen success and profit come from my spending a lot more than I’ve seen failures or losses. The fact is every advertisement you pay for, every video you create and every promotion you offer is a risk. There is some risk involved even when giving away free content.

Definitively, there actually is absolutely no way to get rid of risk completely. You have to face the fact that if you’re going to win, sometimes you have to lose too. That doesn’t mean it’s not worth winning, especially if you can win big or a high percentage of the time.

If you’re not willing to risk it all, put hours and hours of work in daily towards your dreams and spend money where you need it spent, then you will never see the kind of success you’re hoping for. The only way to grow your business is to build upon what you have built or start new mediums of promotion all together. You have to be willing not only to win, but also the inevitable probability that indeed you will also lose occasionally.

There will be times where you just feel like giving up! Like there’s no way you can ever get past the failures, or like you’re failing more than you’re succeeding. Sometimes this may even be the case. But if you work your ass off, risk everything and spend your money on your business in a smart way, you can succeed greatly.

Don’t ever lose sight of the fact that to sell beats online, be successful in music marketing or find success in any business, you absolutely need to focus your efforts on RISK rather than sheltering yourself from it. Embrace your failures. Learn from your mistakes. Keep your brain getting SMARTER so your risk gets LOWER… But never stop risking your paycheck, your time or your valuables if you want your business to succeed greatly. Risk is your best friend and your worst enemy. It’s up to YOU to research your risks before taking them, and to make calculated risks.
